LG Flatron W2230

LG Flatron W2230 it is a 22 inches (21.5 to be more exact, or 56 cm) available for 170 euros in several colors, and offering an ultrafine design.

Cheap LCD's are the trend now and LG has on this segment a lot of competition by Hyundai, Iiyama and others.

In line with the HP V226w and Hyundai 2159v, LG positions this new model in the segment of the 22'' entry level. The resolution is really comfortable, offering Full HD 1080p (1920 x 1 080 pixels).

The design it is the main bet in this LG monitor, with good finnishings. This screen is mainly suitable for long work concentration because the screen will not be positioned at eye level and so it is, in fact, very ergonomic. Slim, it occupies little space on the desk and offers the luxury of being easily transported from one room to another because of its light (only 2,9 kg).

This screen is perfect for a multimedia or office use. For playing games, a little less. It has only a VGA connector, so high-definition will be analogical. The brightness is not extraordinary, the contrast ratio of 765:1 gives deep blacks without falling into the excesses of "burnt". The viewing angles are average, but do not expect to enjoy a movie for a very long time.
